Chef Matt Shapiro’s hospitality extends the best of West Marin farming, aquaculture, and seafood, fished and harvested from the visible coastline of Tony’s Seafood. We are pleased to be working with local wineries and breweries to find creative pairings for our private dining program; as well as offering a select list of imported wines from regions that support classical seafood pairings.
